Department of Education Honors FIS

          The honorable Jesli A. Lapus, Secretary of the Department of Education welcomed the FIS Administrators and students to his office sometime in June of this year to give honor to them as they brought home with them Gold, Bronze and Special Awards from various national and international competitions.
