GRADUATION ‘10 Guidelines

FOR THE GRADUATES

  1. Arrive at the venue at exactly 3:30 pm, bring your well-pressed toga and cap
  2. Attire for girls:                Formal dress or gown with appropriate footwear

    (under the toga)     Light make-up and appropriate hairstyle

                                    NO mini skirts or skimpy attire

                                    NO sleeveless attire

  1. Attire for boys:             Long-sleeves polo with necktie, black pants and

    (under the toga)         black leather shoes with black socks

                                          NO rubber slippers / rubber shoes

NO spiked and heavily gelled hair / NO beard and mustache

  1. The TOGA & CAP MUST BE RETURNED right after the ceremony to Ms. Elaine or Ms. Araceli at the reception area.

 FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS & GUESTS

 

  1. Arrive at the venue before the processional which begins promptly at 4:00 pm
  2. Please go to the designated seats for parents and guests

Seats will be available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Ushers and usherettes will be on hand to escort you to your seats.

  1. All women and ladies are requested to attend wearing formal dress or gown. To maintain appropriateness of the occasion, mini-skirts, sleeveless and skimpy attire are not allowed. 
  2. All gentlemen are requested to attend wearing long or short-sleeved polo with necktie, suit or Barong Tagalog. To maintain appropriateness of the occasion, denim-maong pants, t-shirts and sandos, rubber slippers and rubber shoes are not allowed. 

                                  

Only the Official Photographers shall be allowed to take pictures within the stage area during the graduation rites. You may take pictures and video from your designated seats.

 

Note:  The Graduation Rites is a solemn and formal event which highlights the achievements of your children, we need your full cooperation to make this occasion very memorable for them and for all of us.

     

          The toga and cap and the Graduation Program with tickets will be distributed on Monday, March 22, 2010 after the general rehearsal, before dismissal.
