WE, the community of FIS-ICAD are committed in the realization of a dream to provide the youth with an authentic learning environment that would make them acquire solid competencies in critical thinking, creative problem solving, consensus building, informed decision making and technical literacy. 
The FIS educator and facilitators of learning (called teachers) share affective dispositions steeped in the values of social responsibility, gender and environmental sensitivity, proactive service and self awareness.  Learning in FIS is aimed at preparing the learners (students) to face the challenges of the increasingly complex society, and more importantly, to live and promote peace and become productive citizens of the world.
