SCHOOL FACILITIES AND SERVICES

A.  SCHOOL/REGISTRAR’S OFFICE
            The school is open from 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon from Mondays to Fridays.  It holds a half-day office on Saturdays to accommodate incoming inquiries or requests from parents or students.  The Registrar’s Office would facilitate the following: Registration,   Forms 137 (Permanent Record); Form 138 (Progress Report Card), Gate Pass, Clearance Slip, Certificate of Good Moral Character, Replacement ID, Recommendation Forms, Telephone use for emergency cases, Uniforms/books

B.  Principal’s Office:
             Academic and co-curricular matters are discussed in the Office of the Principal. 
C.  Head Teacher (Preschool and Grade School):
             Parents, students and teachers may consult or coordinate with the Head teacher(s)for matters like school discipline, school activities, and the like.
D.  Faculty Room
             The faculty Room is the working place of the teachers.  Students are not allowed to go inside the Faculty Room.
E.  Library
             The school’s library is ready to answer students’ research requirements.  The facility enhances the personal and intellectual growth of pupils by making available a well-selected collection of educational reading materials
F.  Canteen 
            The school canteen serves lunch and snacks to students and faculty members at the Open Dining Hall.
G.  Conference Room
            The conference room serves as the venue for meetings and film viewing activities.
H.  School Clinic
            The School Clinic would look after the health of both students and school personnel while in campus.  The clinic will provide first aid treatment, physical, as well as dental examinations.  It would also maintain growth charts and health records.
I.  School Bus Service
            The school Bus Owner/operator assumes the responsibility for the safety of the bus riders.
J.  Science Laboratory
            The Science Laboratory is mainly for science experiments.  The science teacher will facilitate the activities in the laboratory.
K.  Computer Laboratory
            Computer class is offered to all students from the Nursery to High school level.  A computer teacher assists the needs of the students during computer class.
  L.  Kitchen Laboratory
            Students taking the HELE and TLE apply the theories in food preparation in the kitchen Laboratories under the guidance of their subject teachers.
